El Ramses is a liquid wrapper for Ramses governance tokens - Vote-Escrowed veRAM (a veNFT) which makes it possible to trade the benefits of a veRAM position using a traditional A.M.M. such as Ramses itself without being subject to a long-term lock-up period of 730 days (2 years).
